Creative Central NCL project management
On a day-to-day basis Creative Central NCL is project managed by a team at Newcastle City Council, Vix Leaney is our project manager. There are an additional 20 people from across the city who are part of the Advisory Group, this group is consulted on and inputs into key decisions and activity.
