The project started in 2022 with an Advisory Group and a research team, Making the Clayton Street Corridor.

In 2023, the Advisory Group recruited new members after an open call out, and a Marketing & Branding Task and Finish group was set up to work collaboratively on the communications of the project.

Creative Central NCL doesn’t itself own or lease any property or workspace at the moment. We’re working with Broadoak Asset Management to connect with private landlords with the aim of making some spaces available for artists, though this is a long-term aim.
In the meantime, if you’re looking for a specific type of space, you should contact:
Rebecca Morgan, Broadoak Asset Management rebecca.morgan@broadoak-am.uk

It’s possible that you could apply for funding to refurbish or remodel a space, take a look at our Opportunities pages for open funds.
